E.1 2017-4375 Consider proclaiming April 27, 2017 as"National Charity League" daV in
the City of Round Rock.
F. CONSENT AGENDA:
All items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be
enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless requested by a
Council member in which event, the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered
separately.
F.1 2017-4373 Consider approval of the minutes for the April 13, 2017 City Council
meeting.
F.2 2017-4287 Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 46 (Zoning), Code of
Ordinances (2010 Edition), creating new zoning districts SF-3 (Single
Family - Mixed Lot), OF-2 (Office - Mid Rise), MU-R (Mixed Use -
Redevelopment and Small Lot), and MU-G (Mixed Use - Greenfield and
Large Lot). (Second Reading)

G. RESOLUTIONS:
G.1 2017-4341 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental
Contract No. 1 with HDR Engineering, Inc. for the Transportation Master
Plan Update Project.
G.2 2017-4376 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Real Estate
Contract with Penny A. Lackey and Tina D. Lackey for the purchase of a
0.176 acre parcel of land and a 0.115 acre parcel of land necessary for the
RM 620 Right of Way Project (Parcels 17 and 17R).
G.3 2017-4354 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Real Estate
Contract with the Round Rock Transportation and Economic Development
Corporation to sell approximately 2.693 acres of land located southeast of
the intersection of Bagdad Avenue and South Mays Street.
GA 2017-4353 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Development
Agreement with Urban InTownhomes, Ltd.
G.5 2017-4378 Consider a resolution authorizing the Brushy Creek Regional Utility
Authority to enter into an Engineering Services Contract with Walker
Partners, LLC for the Phase 1 C Water Treatment Plant Expansion and
Phase 2 Land Rights and Stakeholder Coordination Project.
G.6 2017-4379 Consider a resolution authorizing the Brushy Creek Regional Utility
Authority to file an application with the Texas Water Development Board
for financial assistance for the expansion of the floating raw water intake
and water treatment plant.
G.7 2017-4359 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Depository and
Banking Services Contract with JPMorgan Chase Bank.
H. ORDINANCES:
H.1 2017-4358 Consider an ordinance authorizing the issuance of City of Round Rock,
Texas General Obligation Bonds, Series 2017; authorizing the levy of an
ad valorem tax in support of the bonds; approving an Official Statement, a
Purchase Agreement and a Paving Agent Registrar Agreement; and
authorizing other matters related to the bonds. (First Reading Only)
(Second Reading Not Required)
H.2 2017-4352 Consider public testimony regarding, and an ordinance rezoning
approximately 3.88 acres of land to be known as The Depot Townhomes,
located southeast of the intersection of South Mays Street and Bagdad
Avenue from MU-1 (Mixed Use Historic Commercial Core) district to the
PUD (Planned Unit Development) No. 110 zoning district. (First Reading)*
H.3 2017-4343 Consider an ordinance adopting the National Electrical Code 2017 Edition
and other amendments to Chapter 10, Code of Ordinances (2010 Edition),
regarding the Electrical Code. (First Reading)*

'Pursuant to the terms of Section 3.13 of the Round Rock Home Rule Charter, the second reading of
this ordinance may be dispensed with by an affirmative vote of all the City Council members present.
In addition to any executive session already listed above, the City Council for the City of Round Rock
reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to
discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government Code for the following
purposes:
