E.1 2017-4405 Consider proclaiming May 2017 as"Motorcycle Safety and Awareness
Month" in the City of Round Rock.
E.2 2017-4406 Consider proclaiming May 2017 as"Historic Preservation Month" in the
City of Round Rock.
F. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
F.1 2017-4404 Consider approval of the minutes for the April 27, 2017 City Council
meeting.
G. RESOLUTIONS:
G.1 2017-4397 Consider a resolution changing the award of the contract for the Forest
Creek Lift Station Rehabilitation Proiect from Central Road and Utilities to
Austin Underground, Inc.

G.2 2017-4385 Consider a resolution accepting the City's Quarterly Financial and
Investment Report for the quarter ending March 31, 2017.
G.3 2017-4386 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Professional
Consulting Services Agreement with Whitley Penn, LLP for financial and
compliance audit services.
GA 2017-4398 Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a Purchase
Order to Public Restroom Company for the purchase and installation of a
restroom for Phase II of the Play for All Abilities Park Project.
G.5 2017-4399 Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a Purchase
Order to Playwell Group, Inc. for the purchase of playground equipment for
Phase I I of the Play for All Abilities Park Project.
G.6 2017-4400 Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a Purchase
Order to Recreation Consultants of Texas for the purchase and installation
of playground equipment for Phase II of the Play for All Abilities Park
Project.
G.7 2017-4401 Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a Purchase
Order to PlayWorks, Inc. for the installation of playground equipment for
Phase II of the Play for All Abilities Park project.
G.8 2017-4402 Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a Purchase
Order to We Build Fun, Inc. for the purchase and installation of playground
equipment for Phase II of the Play for All Abilities Park.
H. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
H.1 2017-4347 Consider public testimony regarding the Assessment Roll for the La
Frontera Redevelopment Public Improvement District (PID).
I. ORDINANCES:
1.1 2017-4348 Consider an ordinance closing the public hearing and levying assessments
for improvements to be provided in the La Frontera Redevelopment Public
Improvement District(PID). (First Reading)(Requires Two Readings)
1.2 2017-4389 Consider public testimony regarding, and an ordinance adopting
Amendment No. 6 to Planned Unit Development (PUD) No. 84, located on
the south side of University Blvd. and to the east and west of A.W. Grimes
Blvd, to provide for additional uses, amend the roadway cross sections,
and make minor changes. (First Reading)*
1.3 2017-4387 Consider an ordinance adopting Amendment No. 1 to the FY 2016-2017
Operating Budget. (First Reading)(Requires Two Readings)

Code, related to consultation with City Attorney regarding pending or

L. ADJOURNMENT
"Pursuant to the terms of Section 3.13 of the Round Rock Home Rule Charter, the second reading of
this ordinance may be dispensed with by an affirmative vote of all the City Council members present.
In addition to any executive session already listed above, the City Council for the City of Round Rock
reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to
discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government Code for the following
