All items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be
enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless requested by a
Council member in which event, the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered
separately.
F.1 2017-4161 Consider approval of the minutes for the January 26, 2017 City Council
meeting.
F.2 2017-4119 Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 42, Section 42-128, Code of
Ordinances (2010 Edition) by amending a school speed zone on a portion
of Creek Bend Boulevard. (Second Reading)

G.1 2017-4126 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mavor to execute an Agreement with
Xerox Corporation for the lease of copiers and related services for City
facilities.
G.2 2017-4167 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Interlocal
Agreement with Williamson County for the establishment of EMS
ambulance and personnel housing at Round Rock Fire Stations.
G.3 2017-4176 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with
Fort Bend Services, Inc. for the purchase of water treatment chemicals
(belt press polymer).
GA 2017-4177 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with
Pennco, Inc. for the purchase of water treatment chemicals
(hydrofluosilicic acid 23%).
G.5 2017-4178 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with
Shannon Chemical Corporation for the purchase of water treatment
chemicals (sodium permanganate 20%).
G.6 2017-4180 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mavor to execute an Agreement with
DPC Industries, Inc. for the purchase of chlorine (150 Ib. cylinders).
G.7 2017-4181 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with
Chemtrade Chemicals, Inc. for the purchase of water treatment chemicals
(aluminum chlorohydrate and liquid ammonium sulfate).
G.8 2017-4182 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with

amendment to the General Plan to modify the Future Land Use Map to

'Pursuant to the terms of Section 3.13 of the Round Rock Home Rule Charter, the second reading of
this ordinance may be dispensed with by an affirmative vote of all the City Council members present.
In addition to any executive session already listed above, the City Council for the City of Round Rock
reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to
discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government Code for the following
