Any citizen wishing to speak during citizen communication regarding an item on or off the agenda may
do so after completing the required registration card. All comments must be no more than 3 minutes in

by the City Council. The Mayor may deny any presenter the opportunity to address the City Council if
the presentation or comments offered is substantially repetitive of those previous made,per§2-26(b)(d),
of the Round Rock Code of Ordinances, 2010 Edition.

E.1 2017-4136 Consider a presentation from CALEA regarding the Police Department's
Advanced Law Enformcement Accreditation with Excellence.
F. CONSENT AGENDA:
All items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be
enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless requested by a
Council member in which event, the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered
separately.
F.1 2017-4134 Consider approval of the minutes for the January 12, 2017 City Council
meeting.
F.2 2017-4137 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Term Renewal No.
1 to the City's Agreement with Healthstat, Inc. for On Site Medical Clinic
Services.

G.1 2017-4116 Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 42, Section 42-106, Code of
Ordinances (2010 Edition)to delete the intersection of Via Sonoma Trail
and Gattis School Road from the list of intersections where right turns on
red lights are prohibited. (First Reading)`
G.2 2017-4119 Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 42, Section 42-128, Code of
Ordinances (2010 Edition) by amending a school speed zone on a portion
of Creek Bend Boulevard. (First Reading)(Requires Two Readings)
H. RESOLUTIONS:
H.1 2017-4135 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Quantity
Adjustment/Change Order No. 5 with Cash Construction Co. Inc., for the
Southwest Downtown District Infrastructure Improvements Phase 5A
Prolect.
H.2 2017-4121 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract with
Austin Traffic Signal Construction Company, Inc. for the Sunrise Road and
Double File Trail Signal Construction Prolect.
H.3 2017-4109 Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a Purchase
Order to Motorola for upgraded APX radios for the Fire Department.
HA 2017-4086 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Annexation
Development Agreement with Mildred Sauls for an approximate 190.87
acre tract of land.
H.5 2017-4132 Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a Purchase
Order to Facility Solutions Group for LED lighting at the Dell Diamond.
H.6 2017-4120 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with
Ryan Sanders Sports Services for professional turf management services
for the Multi-Purpose Fields Complex at Old Settlers Park.
H.7 2017-4117 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract with
Central Road & Utility, Ltd. for the Forest Creek Lift Station Rehabilitation
Project.
H.8 2017-4118 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Quantity
Adjustment/Change Order No. 2 with Austin Underground, Inc. for the
Lake Creek 2 & Lake Creek 3 Wastewater Line Upgrade Project.
H.9 2017-4100 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Administration
and Funding Agreement for the City of Round Rock Economic
Development Program with the Round Rock Chamber of Commerce and
the Round Rock Transportation and Economic Development Corporation.

H.10 2017-4152 Consider a resolution approving a Chapter 380 Economic Development
Program for Stonemill Hospitality LLC for the development of an Embassy
Suites Hotel and Convention Center.
HA 1 2017-4153 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Economic
Development Program Agreement with Stonemill Hospitality LLC for the
development of an Embassy Suites Hotel and Convention Center.
H.12 2017-4148 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute the First
Amendment to Ground Lease with KR CC, Inc. related to the development
of the Kalahari Resort Hotel and Convention Center.
H.13 2017-4162 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute the First
Amendment to Memorandum of Ground Lease related to the Kalahari
Resort Hotel and Convention Center.
H.14 2017-4147 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Assignment and
Assumption and Lease-Back Agreement with KR CC, Inc. related to the
Purchase of approximately 1.5 acres of land known as the Bovies Tract.
H.15 2017-4149 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor, City Manager, and/or the City
Attorney to execute any and all standard closing documents necessary for
the purchase of approximately 1.5 acres known as the Boyles Tract.
H.16 2017-4150 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Collateral
Assignment of Economic Development Agreement with KR Acquisitions
LLC and KR CC Inc.
H.17 2017-4151 Consider a resolution authorizing the Mavor to execute a Collateral
Assignment of Master Development Agreement with KR Acquisitions LLC
and KR CC, Inc.
I. APPOINTMENTS:
1.1 2017-4133 Consider the appointment of the City's representative to the Central Texas
Clean Air Coalition.

K.1 2017-4143 Consider Executive Session as authorized by §551.074, Texas
Government Code, to deliberate the evaluation and performance of the
City Manager.

M. ADJOURNMENT
'Pursuant to the terms of Section 3.13 of the Round Rock Home Rule Charter, the second reading of
this ordinance may be dispensed with by an affirmative vote of all the City Council members present.
In addition to any executive session already listed above, the City Council for the City of Round Rock
reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this meeting to
discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government Code for the following
purposes:
